What smells better than a fresh rose?? A very fresh newborn baby does! Am I wrong? That sweet newborn fresh baby smell just makes any women melt with either remembrance or simply a yearning for maybe just one more baby, right? Well, definitely not for your girl because my children are of school age now and well, I do enjoy the freedoms that do come with that newfound land of parenthood, but I get to continue to enjoy those sweet smells of newborn freshness because I get to smell all the beautiful little newborn babies that arrive to my studio weekly!

I want you to meet sweet baby Amelia! She was seriously perfection and even woke up towards the end of her session to give us the most amazing little shots of her to show us her little, tiny personality that was forming. Some of my favorites about this session were: I loved that I was able to pull out some fresh lilacs from my neighbor’s garden that she so graciously said I could grab at any time and the beautiful connection I was able to capture between her mom and dad!
