Lavender’s 9-Month Milestone Session | Metro Detroit Infant Photographer

There is something truly special about watching little ones grow through their milestone sessions, and sweet Lavender is no exception! Having photographed her as a newborn and again at three months, it was such a joy to welcome her back for her nine-month session.

One of the things her mama loves most about working with me is my extensive client wardrobe for infants. She never has to worry about what Lavender will wear because I have carefully curated a collection of beautiful outfits in a variety of neutral and soft color tones. For each setup, we had the perfect outfit to complement the scene, making the session seamless and stress-free for mom.

At nine months old, Lavender is growing into such a darling little personality. While she started off a bit on the shy side, she still gave me those sweet little smiles she’s so well known for. With gentle encouragement and playful interaction with her mama and big sister, we captured her curious expressions, delicate features, and those heart-melting grins that will be cherished for years to come.

This session was all about celebrating this beautiful stage in her life—full of wonder, exploration, and tiny milestones that pass by all too quickly. I can’t wait to see her again for her one-year session! Watching my little clients grow is one of the greatest honors of my work, and Lavender’s journey has been nothing short of beautiful.
