There’s something incredibly special about welcoming back returning clients—especially when I’ve had the joy of documenting their growing family from the very beginning. This beautiful family first came to me for their maternity session when they were expecting their first baby girl. I later captured her newborn portraits, and now, I’ve had the honor of photographing their second daughter during her own newborn session.
Mom had a vision for this session that felt both unique and deeply personal. Wanting to set this experience apart from their first, she chose a palette of soft pinks, classic whites, and warm beige tones. These colors weren’t chosen at random—they were thoughtfully selected to complement the décor and tones of their home.

Big sister, now a toddler, was a little camera shy at first—but with some patience, encouragement, and gentle guidance, we captured some truly heartwarming images of the two girls together. Watching that sibling connection begin to bloom was one of the sweetest parts of the day. And to top off our session, big sister made a new little friend (one of my trusty studio stuffies!) who helped us bring out a few extra smiles.
